《职业病诊断标准编写指南》修订探讨

Discussion on Revision of General Guideline for Drafting Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Disease

职业病诊断标准是《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的配套文件,也是临床诊断职业病的科学依据。文章通过查阅国内、外相关文献,进行对比分析,提出我国职业病诊断标准编写的框架结构。按修订后的《职业病诊断标准编写指南》编写的职业病诊断标准既与国内其他诊断标准保持一致,同时也体现了职业病诊断标准的特点,对职业病诊断标准的制修订工作具有重要的指导意义。

Diagnostic criteria of occupational disease are the supporting documents of Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, and it is the scientifc basis for clinical diagnosis of occupational diseases. Domestic and foreign literature were reviewed, and comparative analysis was made, and the framework of general guideline for drafting diagnostic criteria of occupational disease of china was proposed. Diagnostic criteria of occupational disease, according to the revision of General Guideline for Drafting Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Disease, are consistent with other domestic diagnostic criteria, and also reflect the characteristics of diagnostic criteria of occupational disease, with great signifcance to guide the revision of diagnostic criteria of occupational disease.
