摘要
在新的历史时期,伴随着人民经济水平的不断提升和对健康的日益关注,医院的接诊量逐日攀升,医院的传统门诊流程的问题日益凸显,"看病难"问题成为了大众热议的焦点。文章将服务蓝图理论引入医院门诊流程的分析之中,期望通过该理论的应用,更科学、更准确的寻找到传统门诊流程存在的现实问题和优化重点。
In the new historical period, along with the continuous improvement of the people's economic level and the growing concern about health, the number of hospital admissions are rising day by day, the hospital's traditional outpatient process problems become increasingly prominent, "difficult to see a doctor" problem become popular focus. In this paper, the theory of service blueprint is introduced into the analysis of hospital outpatient process. It is hoped that through the application of this theory, it is more scientific and more accurate to find the practical problems and optimization priorities of traditional outpatient process.
