凶险型前置胎盘的临床表现与治疗方式研究

Clinical Manifestations and Treatment of Pernicious Placenta Previa

目的研究凶险型前置胎盘的临床表现与治疗方式。方法将60例前置胎盘患者分为研究组(凶险型)与对照组(普通型);比较分析两组的临床表现以及治疗方式。结果两组前置胎盘类型以及新生儿结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组手术中及手术后相关指标与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凶险型前置胎盘会严重威胁着母婴生命安全,临床应结合产妇的实际病况给予针对性的计划分娩与全面性的掌握剖宫产相关指征,强化孕期保健,保障母婴生命健康。

Objective To study the clinical manifestation and treatment of pernicious placenta previa. Methods 60 patients with placenta previa were divided into study group （pernicious type） and control group （general type）. The clinical manifestations and treatment methods of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no signifcant difference between the two groups about placenta previa and neonatal outcomes （P 〉 0.05）, there were signifcant differences between the study group and the control group about clinical indexes during operation and after operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Placenta previa seriously threats the safety of mother and child, the actual conditions should be considered in clinical and provide targeted delivery planning and comprehensive control of cesarean section indications, strengthen prenatal care, protect the health of maternal and child.
