介入化疗联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on Interventional Chemotherapy Combined With Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨介入化疗联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月—2015年3月在我院接受治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者60例作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以单纯介入化疗治疗,观察组予以介入化疗联合放疗治疗,实验结束后,对两组患者近期疗效、远期疗效进行比较分析。结果观察组患者近期疗效、远期疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于单纯介入化疗来说,介入化疗联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效显著,近期疗效与远期疗效均较为可观,且毒副反应发生率较少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects. All the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interventional chemotherapy, the observation group was treated with interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy, at the end of the experiment, the short-term and long-term effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The short -term curative effect was signifcantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with chemotherapy alone intervention, the intervention chemotherapy and radiotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer signifcantly, short-term effcacy and long-term effects are more substantial, and less toxicityincidence.
