老年急性白血病临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Acute Leukemia in Elderly Patients

目的探讨分析老年急性白血病临床治疗方法及效果。方法随机选择2013年1月—2015年1月于本院就诊的52例老年急性白血病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,A组采取标准计量进行化疗,B组则采取小剂量进行化疗,各26例。结果对比两组治疗总有效率、平均生存时间、平均骨髓抑制持续时间,均提示B组效果更为理想(P<0.05),对比不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年急性白血病患者采用小剂量化疗的效果更佳,耐受性良好。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment and effect of acute leukemia in elderly patients. Methods 52 elderly patients with acute leukemia who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 26 cases in each group, group A was treated with standard measurement of chemotherapy, group B was treated with a small dose of chemotherapy. Results The total effective rate, average survival time and average duration of myelosuppression were compared between the two groups, group B was more effective （P 〈 0.05）, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with acute leukemia are better treated with small dose chemotherapy, and they are well tolerated.
