双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿功能性便秘临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable Capsule in the Treatment of Functional Constipation in Children

目的研究分析小儿功能性便秘使用双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供可靠的参考信息。方法选择我院2011年1月—2012年1月接收的小儿功能性便秘患儿62例作为研究对象。将全部患儿分为观察组(36例)和对照组(26例)。对照组患儿采取常规治疗方式,观察组采用双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组治疗48小时后,有5例大便仍然干燥,观察组治疗48小时后,有2例大便仍然干燥,症状比治疗前有所缓解,对照组的临床治疗有效率是80.77%,观察组治疗有效率是94.44%。在此次研究中,两组均没有出现不良反应病例。结论小儿功能性便秘可以选择双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,效率高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of functional constipation in children, and to provide reliable reference information for clinical treatment. Methods 62 children with functional constipation received in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the subjects. All the children were divided into the observation group （36 cases） and the control group （26 cases）. The control group was treated with routine treatment, the observation group was treated with Bifd Triple Viable capsule, and the two groups were treated for 15 days. The difference of treatment effect between the two groups was observed. Results In the control group, 5 cases of stools remained dry after 48 hours of treatment. In the treatment group, 2 cases of stools remained dry after 48 hours of treatment, symptoms were relieved before treatment. The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 80.77%, the effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%. In the study, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Bifid Triple Viable capsule can be used for the treatment of functional constipation in children. Its has high effciency.
