老年骨质疏松性骨折的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment of Osteoporotic Fracture in the Elderly

目的分析老年骨质疏松骨折的临床治疗过程,对不同方法的临床疗效进行探究。方法随机抽取我院收治的骨质疏松性骨折的患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各50例患者。对照组患者中采用常规的西医治疗方法,试验组则在对照组的基础上,加入中医辅助治疗。结果试验组患者的整体治疗有效率为96%,对照组患者的整体治疗有效率为82%;试验组患者的并发症发生率为16%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为52%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方法在治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中有着良好的效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of senileosteoporotic fracture, and to explore the clinical efficacy of different methods. Methods 100 cases of osteoporotic fracture were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Results The overall effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 96%, the overall effective rate of the patients in the control group was 82%. The complication rate of the experimental group was 16%, the complication rate in the control group was 52%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has good effect in the treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture.
