摘要
目的分析阴道分娩产妇应用侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生的临床效果与价值。方法将28例本院2016年2月—2017年3月接受治疗的阴道分娩产妇依循随机数字法分为实验组与对照组各14例,实验组采用侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生,对照组采用常规助产法,比较两组产妇会阴情况、盆底肌力、新生儿预后。结果实验组会阴完整率、新生儿Apgar评分与盆底肌力均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分娩产妇在侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生中会阴完整率得到提高,新生儿Apgar评分与盆底肌力也能够得到提高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of vaginal lateral delivery with unprotected perineum delivery in vaginal delivery. Methods 28 cases of vaginal delivery maternal in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 14 cases in each group. The experimental group was given lateral decubitus delivery with no perineal delivery, The control group received routine midwifery. The perineum condition, pelvic floor muscle strength and neonatal prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The complete rate of perineum, the Apgar score and the pelvic floor muscle strength of the experimental group weresignifcantly higher than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rate of complete perineum of the vaginal delivery women in the lateral decubitus delivery and without the protection of perineum delivery can be improved, and the neonatal Apgar score and pelvic foor muscle strength can also be improved.
