摘要
目的分析急性喉梗阻患者气管切开术后并发症的预防及护理要点。方法选取我院2014年3月—2017年3月收治的44例急性喉梗阻患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者在气管切开手术后予以常规护理,观察组患者在气管切开手术后予以护理干预措施。观察并对两组患者并发症情况进行比较。结果两组患者并发症发生情况对比,观察组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在对急性喉梗阻患者气管切开术后采用有针对性的护理干预措施能有效改善患者临床症状,降低患者并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing of complications after tracheotomy in patients with acute laryngeal obstruction. Methods 44 cases of acute laryngeal obstruction treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were given routine care after tracheotomy, and the patients in the observation group were given nursing interventions after tracheotomy. The complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in observation group were signifcantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with acute obstructive laryngeal disease.
