摘要
目的探讨分阶段健康教育在肛肠科护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院90例肛肠科患者,随机将患者分成研究组与对照组,均45例;对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予分阶段健康教育。结果研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,研究组满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段健康教育在肛肠科护理中能够减少并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of staged health education in anorectal nursing. Methods 90 anorectal patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the study group was given a staged health education on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Staged health education in anorectal care can reduce complications and improve patients’ satisfaction.
