摘要
目的对腹腔镜与结肠镜联合治疗结直肠肿瘤围手术期的护理措施进行总结探讨。方法回顾性分析31例接受双镜联合治疗的结直肠肿瘤患者的临床资料,总结患者手术前后的护理措施和效果。结果实施围手术期护理干预后,31例患者均顺利完成手术,术后住院时间在6~10天,平均住院时间(8.12±1.15)天,术后未出现严重并发症。结论对于双镜联合治疗结直肠肿瘤患者给予有效的围手术期护理措施,如术前心理护理,充分的肠道准备,术中后严密监测等可保障围手术期安全,促进患者顺利康复。
Objective To summarize and discuss the perioperative nursing measures of colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of colorectal cancer treated by double mirror treatment were analyzed retrospectively. The nursing measures and effects before and after operation were summarized. Results After the perioperative nursing intervention, 31 patients completed the operation successfully. The postoperative hospital stay was 6 to10 days, the average length of stay was （8.12±1.15） days, and there were no severe complications after the operation. Conclusion For the treatment of colorectal cancer by double mirror given effective perioperative care measures, such as preoperative psychological nursing, full bowel preparation, intraoperative close monitoring can ensure perioperative safety, promote the successful rehabilitation of patients.
