According to the basic frame of “four centers” and socialist modem international metropolis, and the basic frame of science and technology innovation center with global influence, we should take the smart city construction as an important measure to promote Shanghai reform and opening up and innovation development, implement informatization leading development and integration driving strategy,establish big data as city innovation development factor status,promote “internet plus” and economic and social integration development, expand network economic space, release information productivity, and make smart city become an important symbol of Shanghai construction comprehensive global city.
