摘要 针对轨道车辆滚动轴承故障的多发性和重要性,本文基于虚拟仪器技术,通过LabVIEW以及Matlab来编程操作,设计了一种滚动轴承故障监测与诊断系统,通过传感器采集振动信号,经过信号调理模块对信号进行相应的滤波放大处理,再通过数据采集卡NI9215输入到实时控制器CompactRIO中,CompactRIO则通过控制器面板上的RJ-45以太网端口,使用以太网连接控制器至上位机,上位机采用LabVIEW编程,将数据传送给上位机进行数据的显示存储与处理分析,然后调用Matlab,该系统通过小波包变换提取轴承的故障特征向量,再利用RBF径向基函数神经网络对故障类型进行诊断分析。分析结果表明,该系统能够及时、准确的实现振动信号采集和分析、信号传输、故障诊断等功能,拥有灵活、易用的人机交互界面,实现了软、硬件资源的良性共享,具有较好的实用价值。 In view of the multiple and important malfunction of antifriction bearing of modern rail transit, this paper designs a kind of fault monitoring and diagnosing system for rail transit based on LabVIEW and Matlab. This system collects vibration signal through sensor, and the signal will be amplified and smoothed by signal adjustive module. The signal will be transferred into CompactRIO through data acquisition card NI9215, and then connected the CompactRIO and upper computer by RJ - 45 ethernet network. The programme of upper computer is based on LabVIEW, and the upper computer has the function of data display, data processing and analysis. When the data has been transferred into the upper computer, the system will transfer the Matlab and extract the fault signature by wavelet packet transform, and then the system will diagnose the fault of rolling bearing by RBF neural network. The experiments revealed that the system was able to achieve the acquisition and analysis of fault vibration signal, signal transmission and fault diagnosis timely and accurately, which pos-sesses the flexible and straight forward human-computer interface, realizes the benign sharing of the hardware and software resources and has high practical value.
