尾叶香茶菜三萜类化学成分研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究尾叶香茶菜乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分,本文采用十八烷基键合硅胶(octadecyl binded silica gel,ODS)柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)方法对尾叶香茶菜乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。研究结果表明,从尾叶香茶菜乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到7个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为2α,3β,19α-三羟基-28-降乌苏-12-烯;2α,3β,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸;山香三萜二烯酸;2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸;3-表马斯里酸;马斯里酸;齐墩果酸。其中,化合物2α,3β,19α-三羟基-28-降乌苏-12-烯和2α,3β,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸为首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到。该研究具有一定的实际意义。 To investigate the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract of Rabdosia excise,in this paper,the compounds were isolated by ODS(octadecyl-binded silica gel)column chromatography and preparative HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography),their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods including MS,1Dand 2D NMR spectra techniques.Seven triterpenes were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Rabdosia excise,and were identified as 2α,3β,19α-thihydroxy-28-norurs-12-ene,2α,3β,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid,hyptadienic acid,2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,3-epimaslinic acid,maslinic acid,and oleanic acid.Compounds 2α,3β,19α-thihydroxy-28-norurs-12-ene and 2α,3β,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oicacid are firstly isolated from the genus of Rabdosia.
