摘要
变应性气道炎症(AAI)是以气道高反应性、气道炎症反应、黏液分泌增多、气道重塑等为主要特征的病理生理过程。动物模型的构建是研究AAI相关病理生理机制的重要手段。随着生物技术的不断发展,AAI动物模型的构建发展加快。文章就AAI动物模型的动物选择、变应原选择、动物模型建立方法、动物模型评价等进行综述。
Allergic airway inflammation (AAI) is a pathophysiological process, which is characterized by airway hyperreactiv-ity (AHR) , airway inflammation, mucus secretion and airway remodeling. The establishment of animal model is an important method to study the pathophysiological mechanism of AAI. With the development of biotechnology, animal model of AAI has been developed rap-idly. In this paper, the research progress of AAI animal model in recent years is reviewed.
