摘要
针对制盐厂固废盐泥的综合治理,文章研究了盐泥制备CaCl_2工艺中的起泡特性,探讨了不同前处理方法和消泡剂对反应泡沫量的影响。试验结果表明:盐泥作为CaCl_2制备原料,在反应过程中生成泡沫量较多,影响反应速率和反应装置,不同前处理方法和消泡剂都能减少泡沫对反应的影响。
In view of the comprehensive treatment of salt mud in salt plant, the influence of foaming characteristic in preparation of calcium chloride by salt mud was studied. Also, different pretreatment methods and the influence of defoaming agent to the foam in the reaction were discussed. The results showed that there was a large amount of foam, which affected the reaction rate and the reaction device, when using salt mud as the raw material. Moreover, different pretreatment methods and defoamers could reduce the effect of foam in the reaction.
