多点起爆方式对EFP侵彻能力增益的研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了提高爆炸成型弹丸EFP的侵彻能力,选择环形多点起爆的方式形成EFP侵彻体。利用有限元程序LS-DYNA模拟不同起爆半径、药型罩弧度半径和药型罩切边角对EFP成型的影响规律,通过优化得到了2个成型较好的EFP结构。结果表明:相比中心点起爆方式,多点起爆方式形成的2个EFP速度分别提高了14%和11.6%,长径比分别提高了100%和13.2%,密实度分别提高了95.3%和72.1%,侵彻深度分别提高约1.54倍和0.378倍。3个参数中,起爆半径和药型罩弧度半径对EFP的速度、长径比影响较大,对密实度影响较小;药型罩切边角对EFP的密实度影响较大。 In order to improve the penetration ability of EFP, the annular multi-point initiation way was selected to form EFP penetrator. The finite element program LS-DYNA was used to simulate the effects of different initiation radius, radian radius and trimming angle of the liner on the forming of penetrator, and two well-formed EFPs were obtained by optimization. The research results show that : compared with center-point initiation, the speed of the two EFPs formed by annular multi-point initiation increases by 14% and 11.6 % respectively;the ratio of length to diameter increases by 100% and 13.2% respectively;the compactness in-creases by 95. 3% and 72. 1% respectively; the penetration depth increases by 154% and 37. 8 % respectively. Among the three parameters,the initiation radius and the radian radius of liner have a great in-fluence on the EFP speed and the ratio of length to diameter; the influence on the compactness is small;the trimming angle of liner has a great influence on the compactness of EFP.
