摘要 目的针对目前连续血液净化系统使用环境和自身尺寸重量的限制,为了适应战地、灾难现场和救护车上等特殊情况的应用,研制便携式的急救移动式连续血液净化系统。方法以STM32F407为系统核心,采用超精密陶瓷柱塞泵替代传统的平衡腔或称重式流体平衡技术,同时实现体外循环管路温度、血压和漏血等状态的监控,实现连续静脉血液透析滤过等多种治疗模式。结果该急救移动式连续血液净化系统实现了小型化轻量化设计,超滤控制精度能控制在0.5%,温度测量精度达0.2℃,血压测量精度在3 mm Hg。结论研制急救移动式连续血液净化系统,有利于在第一时间抢救患者的生命,提高我国重症监护的医疗装备水平,有着广阔的经济和社会效益。 Objective At present, the continuous blood purifcation (CBP) system cannot adapt well to the feld, disaster scene and the special situation of ambulance because of the using environment and its size and weight. The present study aims to design a portable emergency mobile CBP system to resolve the problem that mentioned above. Methods STM32F407 was used as the core of the system. Traditional balance chamber and weighting fluid balance technology was replaced by the ultra-precision ceramic plunger pump. The states of temperature, blood pressure and blood leak were monitored. In this case, variety of treatment models, such as continuous intravenous blood dialysis was carried out. Results The emergency mobile CBP system realized the design of small and lightweight. The ultrafiltration precision could be controlled in 0.5%, the temperature measurement precision was 0.2℃, the blood pressure measurement precision could reach 3 mmHg. Conclusion The design of emergency mobile CBP system is benefcial to save the life of the patients timely, and can improve the medical equipment level in intensive care. It has broad economic and social benefts.
