In order to achieve the target management of medical equipment annual maintenance cost, a standardized, scientifc and effcient target management system was set up by institutionalized construction, maintenance resource optimization, parts library construction, preventive maintenance, skills training, and so on. The target management not only improved the core maintenance ability of medical engineering, but also realized cost reduction, effciency increase and scientifc management.
