社区医疗机构医疗设备优化配置的分析

Analysis on the Medical Equipment Optimization Configuration in Community Medical Institutions

目的通过对社区医疗机构医疗设备配置及使用情况进行分析研究,为规划设备优化配置,资金合理投入提供参考。方法选取2009年~2011年国家项目配备给社区医疗机构共计4108台件设备作为研究对象,分析社区服务中心和社区服务站医疗设备配置及使用情况,总结出不同级别的社区医疗机构设备配置特点及使用情况,提出较合理的设备配置情况建议。结果设备的使用率得到了有效的提高。结论合理的设备配置策略及使用建议为资金合理有效利用提供了切实可行的保障。

Objective This paper aims to provide the reference for resource configuration optimization and reasonable capital investment, through analysis of the medical equipment confguration and usage in community medical institutions. Methods 4108 devices of community medical institutions from national projects in 2009～2011 were chosen as the research object. Medical equipment confguration and usage in community service centers and community service station was analyzed and the confguration features and usage of the devices in the different levels of community medical institution was summed up. Then more reasonable confguration suggestion was put forward. Results The effciency of the equipment was improved. Conclusion Rational equipment confguration strategy and the usage suggestions can provide the security for reasonable and effective funds use.
