医用耗材管理的改进

Improvement of Medical Consumables Management

耗材管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。我院结合《医疗器械使用质量监督管理办法》中与医用耗材相关的内容,配合市食品药品监督管理部门对我院的医用耗材管理情况进行了监督检查。根据自查和检查结果,对我院医用耗材管理的流程进行了优化,发现的问题进行了改进,提高了医院医用耗材的管理水平。

Consumables management is an important part of hospital management. Our hospital carried out a comprehensive self-examination of medical supplies the management for our hospital by combining the medical supplies related content in Medical Device Quality Supervision and Management Measurescooperated with the municipal food and drug supervision and management department, and carried out a comprehensive self-examination the management. According to the self-examination and inspection results, the process of medical supplies management in our hospital was optimized. The problems found are improved, which improved the managem ent level of medical consumable materials.
