Practice and Discussion on Medical Disposable Materials Management Under the New Medical Reform Environment

本研究查找了医用耗材管理中存在的问题和不足。根据这些问题,我院建立了医用耗材全过程管理体系,加强了多部门齐抓共管的良性互动,提升了医用耗材信息化管理水平,并创新性地开展了一系列有力措施,包括指标考核、停用限用、遴选集中配送商、带量采购。这些措施保障了医用耗材使用的安全性、有效性及合理性。

We found the problems and deficiencies in the management of medical disposable materials in this study. Considering with these problem, the whole process management system of medical disposable materials was constructed, which enhanced the positive interaction of multisectoral joint management and the level of information management. A series of powerful measures, including the performance indicator, stopping or limiting use, choosing centralized distributors and procurement with target quantity were implemented innovatively. These measures ensured the safety, effectiveness and rationality use of medical disposable materials.
