综合医院手术室配置规模的探讨

Discussion of Operating Room's Allocation Scale in Comprehensive Hospital

目的探讨影响综合医院手术室手术间数量设置的相关因素。方法采用系统回顾的方法,计算出2010年6月~2011年5月(手术室改建前1年)和2011年6月~2012年5月(手术室改建期间)两段时间内我院手术室的手术量、手术室护理人员的工时(每天的工作时间与8 h的差值)、加值时间(每天8 h工作时间以外的加班时间)以及手术间的占用时间,并比较其差异。结果两段时间内,每月手术量没有显著性差异(P>0.05),改建前1年,手术室护理人员的工作时间、加值明显高于改建当年(P<0.05),而手术间的占用时间却显著低于改建当年(P<0.05)。结论综合手术室手术间数量的设置应与手术科室的床位数相匹配,以充分利用为前提,合理配备人员。

Objective To explore the related factors of the operating room’s allocation scale in comprehensive hospitals. Methods The number of the operations, the working time of nurses （the difference between work time and 8 h per day）, overtime （time away from 8 h） and time spent in surgery was calculated and compared by systematic review method from June 2010 to May 2011 （one year before operating room construction） and from June 2011 to May 2012 （during operating room constructon）. Results There was no signifcant difference in the number of operations between the two periods （P〉0.05）. The working time and overtime of nurses after improvement were longer than that in the previous year signifcantly, while the occupied time of the operating room was lower than before signifcantly. Conclusion The number of operating room should be matched with beds of the surgical departments. We should take good use of the operating room and hospital staff reasonably to improve the utilization ratio of operating room furthest.
