摘要
以 4 -羟基吡啶为起始原料 ,经磺化、氯化、氨解 3步反应制得 4 -氯 - 3-吡啶磺酰胺。磺化反应中讨论了时间及温度对反应的影响 ,后处理改进 ;氯化反应时间由 4小时缩短为 2 .5小时 ,后处理简化 ,总收率达到 4 1%。
Chloro-3-pyridinesulfonamide was synthesized from 4-hydroxy pyridine by sulfonation,chlorination and amination.The reaction condition of sulfonation and chlorination was investigated in order to save reaction time and simplify the procedure. The overall yield was 41%.
