摘要
[目的]了解中医院校护理本科生科研能力与创新效能的现状,并分析两者的相关性。[方法]采用科研能力自评量表(NRCSQ)与创新效能感量表(CSES)对某中医院校553名护理本科生进行问卷调查。[结果]553名中医院校护理本科生科研能力得分为48.74分±17.44分,创新能力得分为44.71分±11.67分。不同年级、科研兴趣的护理本科生科研能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年级、性别、科研兴趣、是否喜欢本专业、是否读研的护理本科生创新能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。科研能力与创新能力各维度及总分均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。[结论]中医院校护理本科生科研能力及创新能力水平较低,护理教育工作者应采取有效措施提高护理本科生科研能力与创新效能。干预措施应针对不同年级学生因人而异,同时应以提高学生对专业及科研的兴趣为出发点。
Objective: To know about the status quo of scientific research ability and innovative eeficacy of under-graduate nursing students in TCM universities and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: A total of 553 undergraduate nursing students in a Chinese Medicine College were investigated by using Self - rating Re-search Ability Scale(NRC - SQ) and Creative Self - eeficacy Scale(CSES). Results: The score of scientific re-search ability of undergraduate nursing students in aTCM university was 48. 74士 17. 44 , and the innovation a-bility scorewas 44. 71 士 11. 67. Therewere statistically significant differences in score of with scientific research ability among undergraduate nursing students of different grades and scientific research interests(P 〈0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in scores of creative ability among undergraduate students with different grades ? genders ? interests in scientific research , whether they liked this major or not? whether they went to graduate school or not(P 〈0. 01). The all dimensions scores and total score of scientific research ability were all positively correlated with those of innovation ability (P〈0. 01). Conclusions: Nursing undergraduates^ scien-tific research ability and innovation ability were poor, and nursing educators should take effective measures to improve their scientific research ability and innovation efficiency. Interventions should vary based on differentgrades of students,and should take the improvement of students^ interest in professional and scientific research as a starting point.
