摘要
随着企事业的不断发展,西方地区一些发达国家的公司已经普遍使用了事业部制,但当时在事业部制的建立和管理监督上,最主要的是出于组织之间集权和分权问题的考虑,随着社会的不断向前发展,传统的事业部制显露出很多弊端,这不仅影响着事业部的工作进展也影响了公司的长期发展和竞争中存在的优势。为了使公司事业部在新的环境背景下完成新模式的转型,论文将以公司事业部制的重新调整和修正作为关键出发点,积极有效地改善事业部当前面临的诸多问题。
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofenterprisesandinstitutions,somedevelopedcountrieshavewidelyusedthebusinesssystem.But in the establishment and management and supervision of the business system, the main problem is the issue of centralization and decentralizationbetweenthe organization. Withthe continuous development of society, thetraditional business system appears alot of drawbacks ,which not only affects the work progress ofbusiness division, but also affects company's long-term development and competitive advantage. In order to solve the transformation of the new business model in the new environmental background, this paper based on the reorganization and revision ofthe company's business system, positively and effectivelysolvesthe problems thatthe business department is facing.
