The Construction of Counselors Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状和存在的一些问题,用自制的《辅导员调查问卷》,针对辅导员工作目的、工作职责、工作现状、工作环境及自我评价等方面,分别选择在校大学生和辅导员作为样本展开随机调查,了解目前影响高职院校辅导员队伍建设的因素,并针对性提出改进辅导员队伍建设的若干建议。

Accordingtothepresentsituationandtheexistingproblemsoftheteamconstructionofvocationalcollegecounselors,weusethe “Counselor Questionnaires” made my ourselves, focusing on the work goal, work responsibilities, work status, work environment and self evaluation ofthe counselors, investigating on college students and counselors, to understandthe influencingfactors ofvocational counselors, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement ofthe construction of counselors.
