土地档案管理存在的若干问题及对策

Several Problems and Countermeasures of Land Archives Management

近年来国内经济一直处在高速发展的状态之下,土地档案管理工作的重要意义也逐渐凸显出来,已经成为宏观调控土地资源的重要手段。土地档案管理是做好土地资源开发与规划的重要切入点,但因为多方面因素的限制,这部分工作还存在很多问题。论文笔者结合实际工作经验,对土地档案管理中存在的问题进行了总结,并对其解决提出了建议,希望能够对提高土地档案管理工作的效率和质量有所帮助。

bIn recent years, the domestic economy has been in a state of rapid development, the important significance of land archives management has gradually been prominent, it has become an important means of macroeconomic regulation and control ofland resources. Land archives management is an important starting pointtothe development ofland resources andplanning, butbecause ofvarious factors, there are still many problems in this part work. In this paper, combining with the practical work experience, the existing problems in the management of land archives are summarized, and the measures are put forward, hoping to be able to improve the efficiency and quality of land records management.
