摘要
高校烹饪实验课是烹饪专业的重要教学部分,能够增强学生的烹饪技能,帮助学生将知识理论与实际操作有效地结合起来。目前,我国的烹饪教育形式还比较传统,过多地强调经验,忽视了学生的开拓进取与创新,使我国高校生的烹饪能力的提高受到了一定的限制。因此,高校应增强烹饪实验教学的有效性,培养学生的创新能力。论文就如何培养高校生的创新能力进行了分析。
The cooking experiment class is an important part of cooking specialty, which can strengthen the students' cooking skills and help students combine the knowledge theory with the actual operation effectively. At present, the cooking education in our country is still relatively traditional, too much emphasis on experience, ignoring the students' pioneering spirit and innovation make the cooking ability of college students in China be limited. Therefore, colleges and universities should enhance the effectiveness of cooking experiment teaching and train students' creative ability. This paper analyzes howto cultivate the innovative ability of college students.
