随着经济全球化的发展,信息化技术的广泛应用,我国"互联网+"经济也迎来了新的发展。在互联网经济的影响下,企业管理创新是保证企业与时俱进的基础,借助互联网对企业管理进行创新才是企业长足发展的关键。基于此,论文主要分析了在互联网时代进行企业创新管理的意义,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期能够提高企业管理创新的能力。

With the development of economic globalization, and extensive application of information technology, China＇s ＂Internet Plus＂ economyhas ushered inanew development. Underthe influence ofthe internet economy, enterprise management innovation is the foundation for the enterprises to keep pace with the times, andthe innovation of enterprise management by means ofinternet is the keyto the rapid development of enterprises. Based onthis, this papermainly analyzes the significance of enterprise innovation management inthe internet era, and puts forward some corresponding improvementmeasures in orderto improve the ability of enterprise management innovation.
