摘要
为促进国有企业转型升级,国有企业领导者应充分认识到人才管理的重要性和迫切性。针对现在国有企业人才管理存在的问题,论文从心理资本视角给出了改进建议。
In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of state-ownedenterprises,the leaders of state-owned enterprise sshould fully realize the importance and urgency oftalent management. In view of the existing problems of talent management in state-owned enterprises, this papergives suggestions for improvement fromthe perspective of psychological capital.
