公司治理模式的国际比较及启示——以石油企业为例

International Comparison and Inspiration of Corporate Governance Model——Taking Petroleum Enterprises as an Example

在石油企业实际发展的过程中,公司治理模式受到广泛重视,然而,当前部分公司在治理模式方面,比国外发达国家滞后,不能满足相关工作要求,无法达到预期的管理目的。因此,论文根据石油企业公司治理模式的国际比较分析,总结了几点工作经验,并获得良好启示,有利于全面提高工作效率。

In the actual development process of petroleum enterprises, corporate governance model has been paid attention to, however, some companies lag behind than foreign developed countries in governance mode, can not meet the relevant requirements, can not achieve the desired objective management. Therefore, according to the international comparative analysis of the corporate governance model of petroleum enterprises, this paper summarizes some work experience and obtains good inspiration, which is beneficial to improve work efficiency in an all-round way.
