In order to ensure the scientificity of the bidding decision for construction projects, this paper introduces the utility theory. First of all,the concept of utility theory is briefly expounded, and then the two application methods based on utility theory in construction project bidding decision are expounded, finally, the application of utility theory in construction project bidding decision is analyzed in detail and deeply.
