当前社会在飞速进步,知识、信息、技术爆炸式增长,促使职业岗位对人才素养的需求产生巨大变化,同时也使得当前高职教育面临着前所未有的挑战。传统的教学模式和学习方法,已经远远不能满足当下高职教育的需求。而要跟上时代的潮流,应对社会挑战,个人的沟通交流能力、团队合作意识和团队合作能力的培养成了必然选择。因此,在高校教学中利用现代团队组织理论,组建学习团队,进行团队式教学,对高职人才培养质量的提高、学生综合素养和学习效率的提升,均能起到十分有效的辅助作用。
