浅析采煤工作面顶板事故原因及防治措施

Analysis on the Causes and Prevention Measures of Roof Accident in Coal Mining Face

在煤矿安全生产的过程中,安全生产是重点,但煤矿经常会发生采煤工作面顶板事故。根据现有的调查统计,在煤矿发生的安全生产事故中,有三分之二的事故是顶板方面的安全事故,其中的70%发生在采煤工作面。顶板安全事故不仅使职工的人身安全受到影响,还会使企业遭受经济损失。那么,在煤矿企业如何减少、避免采煤工作面顶板安全事故,提高整个工作面的安全生产,是很多人关注的一个重要学术课题,其中涉及煤矿顶板管理的方式、方法是否科学、合理、有效对顶板安全起到切实有效的作用。因此,加强顶板管理是降低采煤工作面顶板安全生产事故发生的一项重要措施。论文浅要地对采煤工作面顶板事故发生的因素及事故原因进行分析,针对事故发生的具体实际情况、所采取相应的防治措施进行分析。

In the process of coal mine safety production, safety production is the key point, but the coal mine roof accident often occurs in coal mine. According to the existing investigation and statistics, in the accidents of coal mine safety production, 2/3 of the accidents are roof safety accidents, and 70% occur in the coal mining face. Roof safety accidents not only affect the personal safety of workers, but also cause enterprises to suffer economic losses. Then, in the coal mining enterprises to reduce and avoid coal face roof safety accidents, improve the safety of the entire face, is an important academic topic for many people attention to, it includes the way and method of coal mine roof management whether scientific, reasonable and effective, having a effective role for the roof safety. Therefore, strengthening roof management is an important measure to reduce the safety accidents in coal mining face. In this paper, the factors that cause the roof accident and the cause of the accident are analyzed,and the specific situation of the accident and the corresponding prevention measures are analyzed.
