龙泉日用青瓷抗热震性测试与性能评估 被引量:1

摘要 通过对龙泉日用青瓷产品抗热震性测试,分析出了龙泉日用青瓷的抗热震性水平,及对不同评判标准的比较,确定其科学合理的参考标准和依据。实验表明:160℃测试条件时,产品的平均破损率为16%,在180℃测试条件时,产品的平均破损率为32%;依据GB/T 10813.1—2015判定,平均合格率为72.73%,依据GB/T 3532—2009判定,平均合格率为52.73%;以GB/T 10813.1—2015标准作为龙泉日用青瓷产品质量的评判依据更科学,更具针对性。 Based on the thermal shock resistance test of Longquan daily celadon ware, the thermal shock resistance level of Longquan daily celadon was analyzed. And through the comparison of different evaluation standards, the scientific and reasonable reference standards and basis were determined. Experimental results show that: when test condition was 160℃, the average breakage rate of the product was 16%, when test condition was 180℃, the average breakage rate of the product was 32%; according to GB/T 10813.1—2015, the average pass rate was 72.73%,according to GB/T 3532—2009, the average pass rate was 52.73%; so, take the GB/T 10813.1—2015 standard as a basis for judging the quality of Longquan daily celadon products, it was more scientific and pertinence.
