摘要
论文从风机运行工况、叶片的结构设计以及叶片受力、气流等方面产生断裂的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的解决方案。结果表明,叶片的断裂模式为振动疲劳。另外一次风机是火力发电厂锅炉风烟系统的主要辅机设备,它的安全运行可靠性影响到火力发电厂安全生产的经济性。
This paper analyzes the causes of the fracture from the operating conditions, the structure design of the blades and the force and air flow, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The results show that the fracture mode of the blade is vibration fatigue, and the large axial fan is the main auxiliary machine of the thermal power plant. Its safety and reliability are directly related to the safe and economical operation of the power plant.
