中西医结合联合增强型体外反搏治疗冠心病(痰瘀互结型)的临床疗效及对血清VEGF的影响

Effect of Integrative Medicine and Enhanced External Counterpulsation on Serum VEGF in Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的观察中西医结合联合增强型体外反搏治疗冠心病(痰瘀互结型)病人的临床疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将120例入选病人随机分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗加中药稳斑汤,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加中药汤剂治疗及体外反搏,观察治疗前后临床疗效和血清VEGF的变化。结果治疗后治疗组的总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清VEGF含量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);治疗组治疗后血清VEGF含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论中西医结合联合体外反搏能改善冠心病(痰瘀互结型)病人临床疗效,增加血清VEGF,促进侧支循环形成。

Objective To observe the the effect of integrative medicine and enhanced external counterpulsation （EECP） on serum vas-cular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in coronary heart disease （CHD） with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods One hun-dred and twenty patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：control group （n = 60） treated with routine treatment of integrative medicine？and treatment group （n = 60） treated with EECP plus routine treatment of integrative medicine.The clinical curative effect and the changes of serum VEGF were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of serum VEGF increased in two groups after treatment,which was higher in treatment group than that in control group（P = 0.000）.Conclusion Integrative medicine and EECP can up regulate serum VEGF level in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
