曲美他嗪对老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭病人的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的研究曲美他嗪对老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭病人炎症因子、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年6月—2016年2月收治的老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭病人106例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组病人采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗方案;观察组病人在对照组治疗基础上口服曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组病人治疗总有效率及治疗前后血清炎症因子、心功能指标及生活质量评分。结果观察组病人的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.33,P=0.01)。治疗后,观察组血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);左室射血分数(LVEF)和6min步行距离(6MWT)均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及N-末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后6个月随访,观察组病人SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,能有效抑制炎症反应,改善心功能,提高病人生活质量,且治疗安全性较高。
