摘要
国际联合研制民用航空发动机在适航取证阶段需要表明相关条款的符合性,同时要解决条款差异带来的取证问题。以中法联合研制民用涡轴发动机为背景,针对取证技术难度较高的热端部件适航条款,从选取热端部件典型条款出发,确定并追溯条款的演变历史,梳理条款内涵要求并分析在中欧适航体系中的差异性,从而明确适航标准要求,为审定基础的确定提供参考,同时支撑中欧联合研制民用航空发动机的适航取证。
In the process of certifying a type certificate for the aircraft engine which is developed by international cooperation,the relevant airworthiness standards must be shown compliance with.There are also some difficulties caused by the differences between dissimilar airworthiness systems.Based on the current cooperation between China and France on developing the turboshaft engine,aiming at the hot components of engine,the typical standards were selected and evolution history of the regulations was traced,and then the regulation contents and differences between CCAR-33 and CS-E were analyzed.These efforts have contributed to the establishment of the certification basis difference,which is also of great benefit to support the process of obtaining the final type certificate.
