贯彻实施《国防交通法》全力推进凉山交通战备建设的几点思考

Our Reflection on How to Carry out《The Traffic Law for National Defense》and Spare No Effort to Promote the Anti-War Traffic Construction in Liangshan Prefecture

《国防交通法》出台,解决了国防交通工作有法可依的问题。为贯彻落实好《国防交通法》,不断提升国防交通战备工作的质量和水平,应着重做好以下几个方面的工作:强化普法宣传教育、厚植贯彻实施的法治根基,加大军民融合力度、提升贯彻实施的工作水平,聚焦交战主责主业、夯实贯彻实施的基础工作等。以此来带动《国防交通法》的全面落实,不断推进凉山交通战备工作创新发展。

The fact that《The Traffic Law for National Defense》has come into being solves the problem of there being laws to abide by in the work of traffic for national defense. In oder to do a good job of carrying out《The Traffic Law for National Defense》and continuously improve the quality and levels of the work of the anti-war preparedness in traffic for national defense, the following jobs must be well done：strengthening the publicity and education of the law-popularizing work to lay a deep and solid fpoundation for practising and carrying out the law？ stepping up the efforts of the civil military integration, raising the work level of carrying out and practising the law,focusing our attention on the chief war-related funds and businesses,doing a solid job of the basic work in practising and carrying out the law？etc. Doing a good job of all the above-mentioned helps put into practice《The Traffic Law for National Defense》in an all-round way,and continuously promote the creative development of the work of the anti-war preparedness of traffic in Liangshan.
