摘要
为研究紫外老化对CTOR橡胶粉改性沥青性能的影响,利用自制紫外老化装置制备不同老化程度的沥青,将其与SBS改性沥青对比,通过沥青常规试验研究沥青经紫外老化后的三大指标和粘度变化。可以发现,二者受紫外线影响时的变化趋势相同,橡胶沥青受紫外线影响的性能变化相对较小。对CTOR橡胶沥青混合料进行紫外老化,通过马歇尔试验及飞散试验评价其路用性能变化情况后发现,橡胶沥青混合料的稳定度、黏附性大幅下降,且主要发生在试验过程的前10h。总之,紫外线对CTOR橡胶粉改性沥青路用性能有较大负面影响,且主要发生在新建公路使用前期。
In order to study the effect of the UV aging on the performance of the CTOR rubber asphal t , different kinds of as-phalt with different aging degrees are prepared with the help of our home-made ultraviolet aging device, which are then com-pared with the SBS modified asphalt. Through the conventional tests of the asphal t ,the post-UV-aging changes in the three indexes and viscosity of the asphalt are studied. According to the experiments it can be found that the two kinds of asphalt have the same trend in change and the change of the asphalt in the ultraviolet light-affected performance is relatively small. After the CTOR rubber asphalt mixture is aged with UV light , the change in the road performance of the CTOR rubber asphalt mixture is evaluated by the Marshall’s test and the cantabro test,upon the basis of which it is found that both the stability and adhesion of the rubber asphalt mixture are significantly lowered,which happen chiefly within the first 10 hours of the test process. In br ief, UV light has a comparatively great negative effect of the road performance of the CTOR rubber-powder-modified asphalt, and besides,the effect mainly occurs in the earlier period of the newly-built roads being used.
