摘要
以穗莞深城际轨道交通深圳宝安制梁场混凝土拌合站料罐基础施工为工程背景。该梁场地基为淤泥质软土,混凝土拌合站选用的储料罐可储存水泥150t,故料罐基础设计时采用PHC桩进行料罐基础加固,以提高地基承载力。经检算该料罐基础结构设计受力合理,现场施工实践证明施工简便,可为拌合站料罐基础设计及施工提供有益的借鉴。
With the construction of the foundation for the material tank of the concrete mixing station of the Baoan Beam Yard of the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Rail Transit in Shenzhen as the engineering background?dealt with in detail in the paper is the design of the foundation for the material tank of the concrete mixing station. The foundation of the beam yard is located in a soft muddy stratum. And the capacity of the material storage tank of the concrete mixing station is 150 t ,because of which the PHC piles are to be adopted to consolidate the foundation of the material tank of the concrete mixing station to improve its bear-ing capability when it is designed. In order to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation, the PHC foundation is used for strengthening the material tank foundation when the foundation of material tank is designed. Through the examination, it is found that the structural design of the foundation of the material tank of the concrete mixing station is rational in stress. The practice of the construction also shows that it is easy and simple to carry it out. Therefore?the design may serve as a useful ref-erence for the design and construction of the foundation of other material tanks.
