摘要
针对工程具体情况,在盾构掘进过程中采用"超前微动探测+地质钻机验证"探测孤石。通过对盾构机设备配置、孤石的特性分析,采取调线调坡,利用自有设备密打孔破坏岩层结构等的处理方法,保证了孤石洞段盾构机的顺利掘进。此技术具有处理时间短,对管线、建筑影响小,安全、可靠、环保、造价低等优点,为类似孤石的处理提供了新思路。
With the specific conditions of each of the various projects taken into account the advanced micro-motion detection + geological drilling verification method w is often used to detect boulders in the process of the shield drilling. Upon the basis of the configuration of the shield equipment and devices, and the analysis of the characteristics of the boulder, the line or the slope may be adjusted. With our own equipment made use of, densely-arranged holes will be bored or other to undermine the structure of the rock layer so as to ensure the smooth drilling of the shield. With shorter boulder-handling time’ less effects on the surrounding buildings and pipeline,and the advantages of being safe, reliable, environment-friendly and lower in co s ts , the construction method is found to be fairly efficient,which provides a new thinking way for the treatment of other similar boulders.
