摘要 压力容器广泛应用于石油、化工、机械、制药等领域,其介质多为易燃、易爆、有毒或具有腐蚀性,一旦发生故障将会造成较大的人员伤亡和财产损失。本设计实现了对重点设备运行状况的实时连续监控,解决了单纯依靠人工目测、手工检验等方式无法满足的设备数量庞大、结构及工况复杂等问题,节省了企业在检验和维护保养环节的人力、物力和财力,提高检验效率,缩短检验流程。 Pressure vessel is widely used in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical and other fields, its bearing media are mostly flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive, in the event of failure will cause greater casualties and property damage. At present, the traditional manual inspection can not meet the needs of today's scientific and technological development. This design realizes the real-time continuous monitoring of the operation status of the key equipment, solves the problems such as the large number of equipment, the complicated structure and the working condition which can not be satisfied by the manual observation, manual inspection and so on, which greatly saves the enterprise in the inspection and maintenance link the human, material and financial resources, improve the efficiency of testing, shorten the inspection process.
