摘要
目的:观察肾功能衰竭患者血清sFlt-1、血肌酐水平,分析其与患者心功能、血清炎症细胞因子的相关性。方法:收集慢性肾功能衰竭患者100例作为观察组,健康成年人80例作为对照组。观察两组血清sFlt-1、血肌酐、心功能和血清炎症细胞因子的表达,分析慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清sFlt-1、血肌酐与心功能指标和炎症细胞因子水平的相关性。结果:观察组血清sFlt-1水平低于对照组,血肌酐水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LAD、RAD、LVESD和LVEDD水平高于健康对照组,而LVEF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-18、IL-6和hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清sFlt-1水平与LAD、RAD、LVESD、LVEDD、IL-18、IL-6和hsCRP水平负相关,与LVEF水平正相关,血肌酐水平与LAD、RAD、LVESD、LVEDD、IL-18、IL-6和hs-CRP水平正相关,与LVEF水平负相关。结论:肾衰患者血清sFlt-1水平较低,肌酐水平较高,且与心功能、炎症细胞因子水平密切相关。
Objective To observe the serum levels of sFlt-1 and serum creatinine in patients with renal failure, and to analyze the correlation between serum levels of serum creatinine and cardiac function and serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with renal failure.Methods: The clinical data of patients with chronic renal failure who received treatment were analyzed retrospectively.The data of 80 healthy adults were selected as control.Observation of chronic renal failure and healthy control group, serum sFlt-1, serum creatinine, heart function and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in difference, correlation analysis of chronic renal failure in patients with serum sFlt-1, serum creatinine and cardiac function indexes and the levels of inflammatory cytokines.Results: The level of serum sFlt-1 in patients with chronic renal failure was lower than that in healthy control group, and the serum creatinine level was higher than that in healthy control group;The levels of LAD, RAD, LVESD and LVEDD in patients with chronic renal failure were higher than those in healthy control group, while the LVEF level was lower than that in the healthy control group;The levels of IL-18, IL-6 and hs-CRP in chronic renal failure patients were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P〈0.05);The serum sFlt-1 level in patients with chronic renal failure and LAD, RAD, LVESD, LVEDD, IL-18, IL-6 and hs-CRP are negative correlation, positive correlation with LVEF level was positively related to serum creatinine levels and LAD, RAD, LVESD, LVEDD, IL-18, IL-6 and hs-CRP, negative correlation with LVEF levels.Conclusion: The serum level of sFlt-1 inpatients with renal failure is lower, and the level of creatinine is higher, and the level of cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines are closely related.
