消风汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察自拟消风汤对急性痛风性关节炎患者血清血尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法:将我院收治的112例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患者给予秋水仙碱;观察组患者则加用自拟消风汤内服,连续用药1周为疗程。对比两组治疗的临床效果,记录疼痛的缓解情况及痛感VAS评分变化,监测治疗前后UA、ESR、COX-2、IL-1β、TGF-β1水平变化。结果:对照组的有效率75%与观察组91%相比明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的痛感缓解更迅速,其VAS评分与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清UA、ESR、COX-2、IL-1β、TGF-β1水平与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:消风汤利于缓解关节疼痛,缩短病程,降低血尿酸,减轻高尿酸血症引起的炎症反应,疗效较好。
