温阳通痹汤联合温针灸对老年骨性膝关节炎MMP-3、MMP-9及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Wenyang Tongbi decoction combined with warm needling on MMP-3,MMP-9 and inflammatory factors of older patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察温阳通痹汤联合温针灸治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效及其对MMP-3、MMP-9及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的老年骨性膝关节炎患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用温阳通痹汤联合温针灸疗法,对照组采用传统针刺方法,疗程均为4周。采用Lequesne指数评分、AIMS2评分以及血清中MMP-3、MMP-9、炎症因子水平作为评价指标。结果:治疗后两组患者Lequesne指数评分,AIMS2评分随时间变化降低,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。血清中MMP-3、MMP-9及炎症因子水平均较治疗前降低,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通痹汤联合温针灸能有效缓解临床症状及提升患者的生活质量,且疗效维持时间长,并能降低患者体内MMP-3、MMP-9及炎症因子水平,改善患者病理状态。

Objective:To observe the effect of Wenyang Tongbi decoction combined with warm needling treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis clinical effect and MMP-3,MMP-9 and inflammatory factors.Methods:Collected 72 elderly with osteoarthritis of the knee with the inclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and treatment group(36 cases).The treatment group with Wenyang Tongbi decoction combined with warm needling,the control group was treated with the traditional acupuncture,treatment for 4 weeks.Using the Lequesne index score,AIMS2 score and serum MMP-3,MMP-9 and inflammatory factors as evaluation index.Results:After the treatment,two groups of patients with Lequesne score,AIMS2 score changes with time decreased,treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Decrease in serum MMP-3,MMP-9 and inflammatory factor levels than before treatment,the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional acupuncture,Wen Yangtong Bi decoction combined with warm needling can effectively to alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,and the curative effect is maintained for a long time,and can reduce the MMP-3,MMP-9 patients and the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the pathological state of the patients.
