农户规模、政府抽检与农户施药行为——基于山东省蔬菜产区837个农户的调研数据

Farm Household Scale,Sampling Inspection,and Pesticides Application Behavior: An Empirical Analysis Based on Survey Data from 837 Households in Vegetable Producing Areas of Shandong Province

在发展农业适度规模经营背景下,农户规模的逐步扩大成为必然趋势,规模的改变如何影响农民的生产行为值得关注。基于山东省蔬菜产区837份农户问卷,运用Probit模型综合分析农户规模、政府抽检对农户违规施药行为的影响。研究表明:生产规模与政府因素对农户安全生产行为的单独影响并不确定,而规模的增加与政府介入的结合可显著改善农户生产行为。

With the development o! moderate scale management o! agriculture, it has become an inevitable trend !or !arm households to expand their scale.How this change is going to influence farmers’ production be-haviors is worthstudy. Based on the survey data from 837 households in vegetable producing areas o! Shandong Province,this article evaluated the influence o! household scale and sampling inspection on ! armers’ pesticides application behavior, using a probit model.The results show that the relation between !arm household scale, gov- ernment !actor and !armers ’ behavior is not sure.It is the combination o! household scale and government inter-vention that signi!icantly improves !armers ’ behavior.
