摘要
上海自贸区挂牌以来,对外开放步伐不断加快,各种新情况、新问题不断增多。公安机关作为重要的政府职能部门,要积极创新和探索社会公共安全管理工作,不断提高维护辖区公共安全的能力与水平,借鉴发达国家的成功经验,建立健全有效的安全监管体系,主动为自贸试验区经济发展服务。
Since the formal establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the speed of opening to the outside world has been accelerated and meanwhile, new phenomena and problems keep emerging. Police agencies as important？government？functional departments should actively innovate and explore public security management, increasingly improve their abilities to？maintain public security, learn successful experience from developed countries to establish or perfect effective safety-monitoring systems and provide positive services？to contribute？to the economic development of the Free Trade Zone.
